Day 1:
Miami, Florida - Truly one of America's most enjoyable cities, a visitor will be astonished by all of the entertainment that Miami has to offer.
You can take a tour of all the highlights from Coconut Grove to Coral Gables and Miracle Mile. Take an airboat ride through
the fabled Everglades and even watch alligators wrestle! |
Day 2:
Nassau, Bahamas - Take a surrey ride around Nassau Town, a four-centuries old colonial capital of immense charm. Georgian buildings in mellow pastels recall a
time when Nassau became the refuge for thousands of Loyalists who fled the United States after the American Revolution. Take pictures of
"Marching Flamingos" in Ardastra Gardens; the flamingo is the national bird of the Bahamas. See the dark dungeons of Fort Charlotte and Fort
Fincastle, where condemned pirates were jailed before they were hanged. |
Day 3:
Great Stirrup Cay, NCL's Private Island - NCL's private island, Great Stirrup Cay, comes complete with swaying palms, sandy beaches, coral reefs, a steel band and the scent of hot
dogs, hamburgers, and barbecued chicken from the beach party that is always going on there. You can swim, snorkel, take a walk around the
island, snooze in a hammock, sail or kayak, play volleyball or ping-pong. View the neon fish and coral from one of the Stingray Vu-boards.
Go for a paddleboat ride. Build a sand castle, win a limbo contest, drink a rum punch. Shop at the straw market. Or do nothing at all on
your visit to Great Stirrup Cay. |
